Terms of Service

01The Service

The Service lets owners of Telegram groups and channels restrict membership based on token holdings, portfolio value, or payment. Members verify wallet ownership with a self-transfer, and the bot periodically removes members who no longer meet a chat's requirements.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement where you live. You must also comply with Telegram's terms of service.

03Chat owners and admins

• You are responsible for your chat, its rules, the gates you configure, and the entry messages you publish.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your community, including any tax obligations on payment gate revenue.
• You are responsible for the payout wallet addresses you provide. Payments forwarded to an address you entered incorrectly cannot be recovered.

04Access fee

• Using the Service on a chat requires a one-time access fee of $200 USD per chat. It unlocks every current and future feature for that chat and does not transfer to other chats.
• The fee is quoted in the native coin of the chain you choose, at the current exchange rate, and the quoted amount must be sent within the payment window shown by the bot.
• The access fee is non-refundable once the payment is confirmed on-chain.
• Payments that arrive after the payment window, or amounts sent above the quote, are returned to the sending address, less network fees. Send from a wallet you control, as returns to exchange addresses may not reach you.

05Payment gates

• Chat owners set payment gate prices in USD. Members pay in the native coin of a chain the owner accepts, converted at the current rate when the member selects a chain.
• Each member payment is sent to a single-use deposit address and forwarded automatically to the owner's payout wallet, less a 3% service fee and network fees. We do not hold balances on anyone's behalf.
• A payment gate is an arrangement between the member and the chat owner. We are not a party to it, and refunds or disputes about access to a chat are between the member and the owner.
• When a monthly or yearly payment lapses, the member may be removed from the chat until they pay again.

06Members

• Wallet verification requires a small self-transfer. You pay the network fee for it, and the transferred amount stays in your wallet.
• Meeting a gate's requirements gives access only for as long as you keep meeting them. The bot may remove you when you stop qualifying.
• Chat owners decide who their chats are for. We do not guarantee access to any particular chat.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Verify wallets you do not control, or otherwise try to get around a gate.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may flag wallets, refuse service, or suspend access where we believe these terms have been broken.

08Not financial advice

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token balances, portfolio values, and prices shown by the Service are for gating purposes only.

09Blockchain and third-party risks

Blockchains, Telegram, and the data providers the Service relies on are outside our control. Prices move, networks congest, fees vary, and balance data can be delayed or temporarily inaccurate. Transactions sent on a blockchain cannot be reversed.

10No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every member will be checked or removed at a particular time.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your chat. We may suspend or end access to the Service if you break these terms or if we discontinue the Service.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
